这一步非常关键，当然客户也可以选择不覆膜，但是这一层膜是为了减少后期生产、运输、安装过程中对彩涂板漆面的划伤，已达到程度的美观。

第二步：彩钢面板压型切割

Step 2: profiled cutting of color steel panel

根据客户要求的成品手工净化板尺寸对已经覆好膜的彩涂板进行切割。

Cut the coated color plate according to the size of the finished manual purification plate required by the customer.

第三步：彩钢面板手工匀胶

Step 3: manually glue the color steel panel

手工净化板的优势就在于生产过程从这一步开始全部人工完成，手工匀胶的优势在于胶水更均匀，粘合度会更好。

The advantage of manual purification board is that the production process is completed manually from this step. The advantage of manual glue homogenization is that the glue is more uniform and the adhesion will be better.

第四步：玻镁板手工匀胶

Step 4: manually homogenize the glass magnesium plate

这一步和彩钢面板手工匀胶是一样的道理，使成品板材的粘合度更好。

This step is the same as the manual homogenization of color steel panel, so as to make the adhesion of finished plate better.

第五步：安装结构边框-龙骨

第六步：铺设岩棉

Step 6: lay rock wool

对岩棉板进行切割，使其均匀的铺设在手工匀胶的玻镁板上。

第七步：铺设匀胶玻镁板、彩涂板

Step 7: lay uniform glue glass magnesium plate and color coated plate

将手工涂好胶水的玻镁板和彩涂板以此铺设在已经切割好的岩棉上，压实
