pcd的生产过程湿法很多，而且一般有腐蚀性。这种车间的隔墙产生彩板的腐蚀，往往彩板用不了多久，就不得不更换。我公司过去也做过类似工程，对于有腐蚀性物品的车间，彩钢板墙的常规防腐处理是：a.墙面喷上防腐水泥；b.墙面刷上防酸碱涂料。(这样可以使彩板的寿命延长5-6年，石刻线一般使用3年左右，可考虑更换。)
